Backdated Chinese New Year post!
Took some time out to update about it now,
more photos than words k. (:

Went to my cousin's new house in Johor Bahru on the 14th February.
Cousins, aunties, uncles, niece and my family except my brother went.
Adults gambled throughout the night,
we kids wandered around in the house.
They lighted firecrackers too, it was a beautiful sight.
Firecrackers everywhere, fireworks too.
Too bad Singapore don't allow them,
we can only get them in Malaysia.

Before leaving home for Johor Bahru,
attire, make up checked!
Time to catch a bus over.
Luckily the traffic jam wasn't for long that day.
(:

Tried to play with my Baby Niece when I reached.
But she couldn't recognize me I guess.
Took some time before I could carry her for a short while.
But the shots are in my cousin's phone.
Haven't gotten them.

Went to explore my cousin's room.
Her wardrobe was so packed.
Her make up table filled with cosmetics.
Still dare to say she don't know how to make up.
Tsk tsk.

In the night,
we went over her area.
They brought us to the Jetty, the swimming pool.
Went to take a look around their house.

On the 15th,
went out for breakfast in the morning.
Then, out to the malls.
It was pretty much empty everywhere.
Walked, took photos, then went back to their house.
(:

Cousin's hubby whipped up a feast for us.
He used to work in a hotel before,
his cooking is yummy.

On the 16th,
time to go back to Singapore.
We got all dressed up,
went for breakfast together again.
Took photos around her place, nice.

Dad wasn't in the photo,
or it would be perfect.
He was the one taking the photo.

Then, they drove us to the bus station nearby.
Headed back home, traffic was smooth.
I'm sure I wanna drop by there again.

Thanks for being a great host!
I enjoyed the first few days of Chinese New Year there.
Though I didn't get to see all my relatives there.
I hope things gets better someday.
And hope the following New Years, the festive mood will be better.
